Yangra LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

These Terms apply to your use of the Yangra mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.

Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You may request account deletion at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@yangra.com.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription.

If you purchase a subscription through the App Store:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Free trial offers, if provided, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

We do not store your full payment information. All payments are processed through Apple or other authorized payment providers.

AI Features

The Services may include an AI-powered feature that generates responses based on user questions.

By using Ask Rishi, you acknowledge that:

  • Your submitted questions may be transmitted securely to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar services) for processing.
  • AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • Responses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

You agree not to submit sensitive personal information when using the AI feature.

Yangra LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Yangra LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material found on our platform without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yangra LLC and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of the Services
  • Any conduct or content of third parties
  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Apple App Store Terms

If you access the Services through the Apple App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and Yangra LLC, not Apple Inc.
  • Apple is not responsible for the Services or their content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Services.
  • In the event of any failure of the Services to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple shall have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Services.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Age Restrictions

The Services are not intended for:

  • Children under 13 years of age in the United States
  • Children under 16 years of age in the European Union

If you are under the applicable age threshold, you may not use the Services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice before the new terms take effect.

By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
